House of Mental Vegan in Little Rock is about more than just food—it’s a celebration of culture, community, and wellness. We’ve been intentional in creating a safe, welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and feel seen. Our mission is rooted in nourishment—not only of the body, but of the mind and spirit. Through our space, we aim to uplift and honor the richness of our culture, creating experiences that feel both familiar and empowering.
In addition to serving plant-based meals, we proudly offer accessible literature that reflects and affirms our community’s stories. Our shelves are filled with books that center Black and Indigenous voices, health, and self-determination. Recently, we’ve expanded our offerings to include cooking workshops, where folks can learn, share, and explore the power of food as a tool for healing and cultural connection. Whether you’re new to veganism or deeply rooted in the lifestyle, House of Mental Vegan is a space for learning, growing, and building community together.
